Terms of Booking

Full rental payment upon check-in.

Rates are subject to prevailing goods and services tax (GST).

Acceptable modes of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and electronic transfer.

Check in from 3 pm. Check out by 12 noon.

Sofa bed is available at a nominal daily charge of S$30.

Extension of stay is subject to availability.

Amendments, cancellation or no-show to reservation must be notified 7 days prior to arrival, failing which a penalty of 1 night will be charged.

Pre-termination of lease after check-in is not permitted; full rental cost of confirmed reservation still applies.

No pets are allowed.
